Conference Registration Terms & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted via email to alabamabug@gmail.com no later than October 23, 2026.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.
No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2026.
Attendees who do not cancel by the deadline are responsible for the full registration fee, including those who select the pay-by-check or invoice option.
Conference expenses are based on the number of registered attendees; please confirm travel approval and availability prior to registering.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds and remain responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitutions may be permitted; please contact ALBUG for assistance.
