Conference Registration Terms & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted via email to alabamabug@gmail.com no later than October 23, 2026.
- A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancellations.
- No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2026.
- Attendees who do not cancel by the deadline are responsible for the full registration fee, including those who select the pay-by-check or invoice option.
- Conference expenses are based on the number of registered attendees; please confirm travel approval and availability prior to registering.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds and remain responsible for the full registration fee.
- Substitutions may be permitted; please contact ALBUG for assistance.
